Edwards Café Transition FAQs

• When does Bon Appétit begin service?
The Heartbeat Café, Jamboree Lounge, Catering, Office Coffee and Vending Services will transition to Bon Appétit  starting Friday, Sept. 12. We will go live on Monday, Sept. 15. (Catering services will go live on Friday, Sept. 12)

• Will the existing dining staff stay?
Bon Appétit  is privileged to be able to retain the majority of the existing dining staff at Edwards. While some staff members will be pursuing opportunities elsewhere, you will see many familiar smiling faces serving great food on opening day, Monday, Sept. 15.

• What kind of food programs will be available?

• Will you still offer “demo” stations?
Bon Appétit  takes great pride in serving authentic dishes from around the globe. Our Global Station will feature many of these great dishes including sushi, Indian food, and Latin American dishes. We encourage you to subscribe to “Menu Mail” to receive the menu mail on a regular basis or visit this website to view our weekly menu.

• Can I still use my FreedomPay account?
FreedomPay will be replaced by eCash on Sept. 15 and will no longer be available. You can close your FreedomPay account at any time by calling Member Services at (888) 281-7277 between 8 AM ET and 6 PM ET.

• How can I sign up for the new cashless program, eCash?
You can sign up for eCash beginning Sept. 12. Click HERE to enroll or for more information. eCash is our new cashless provider, which enables use of employee badges for café transactions and use of credit cards at the Jamboree Lounge. Enroll by Friday, Oct. 3, and earn up to a $20 bonus in your account!

• How can I place a catering order with Bon Appétit ?

• I don’t know how to use Catertrax to place my online catering orders. Is training available?
