Get “In Balance” on Well-Being Wednesdays
Eating well at Café just got even easier! Join us for Well-Being Wednesdays beginning August 2nd at the Market Grill station to enjoy an In Balance meal at a reduced price!
In Balance meals contains a balanced portion of whole grains, fresh vegetables, and lean protein with a minimum amount of healthy fat, and portion sizes are based on current MyPlate standards.
Every meal contains:
– 3/4 of a cup of whole grains, legumes, or starchy vegetables
– 1 cup of fresh fruits or fresh vegetables
– Up to 4 oz. lean protein
In Balance meals change every week, so there’s always something new and nourishing to try!
